Kevin Dixon is the Community Responsibility Officer at Erie Bank. In his role, he is dedicated to fostering financial empowerment, creating positive change, and laying a strong foundation for our community's future.

Kevin's specialty lies in building relationships between community stakeholders and ErieBank to create a synergy that leads to mutual growth and prosperity. He is committed to advancing small business loans, wealth management, and financial literacy. With more than two decades of leadership experience in banking, sales, and community development, Kevin has a knack for managing human capital and business development. He holds an Associate of Science in Human Resources and a Double Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialty in Human Resource Management. Kevin currently is in grad school pursuing his MBA.

For Kevin, developing the next generation of leaders and making a difference in the lives of our youth is his purpose. He strives to empower and guide young minds with coaching and mentoring, providing them with the necessary tools to succeed.
