Charles Payton, a resident of Northeast Ohio, lives with his wife Sarita of over 20 years. They have a son Charles Jr., daughter Ashante, and grandson Ashabi. He enjoys attending basketball games, exploring new dining experiences, and traveling. Before joining Northwest, Payton held roles as a business development officer and branch manager at Peoples Bank. With over 19 years of financial services experience, he also worked in various business relationship management positions at Citizens Bank and Huntington Bank. Charles has a passion for community and helping consumers thrive financially through banking products and services. 

Payton attended Baldwin University in Berea, Ohio, and actively participates in his community by volunteering and serving as Lead Pastor at No More Walls Church for over 10 years.
